Current Archaeology’s prestigious Rescue Project of the Year award was won in 2019 by MOLA Headland Infrastructure for our work along the A14.

This was a long and complex project, with over 250 archaeologists from all over the UK and Europe working on more than 40 sites, uncovering over 12,000 years of human history in Cambridgeshire.

Accepting the award, Russel Coleman on behalf of MOLA Headland Infrastructure said:

“Thank you to all the readers of CA on behalf of the nearly 600 people who worked on this project. It was a fantastic team effort, with a fantastic client, curator, and consultant.”
